that the customer or the agent will be guided and assisted idyllically throughout the process.
A graphical designer enables you to easily create and manage processes in the system.
In addition to more features, the performance and scalability of OTRS 3.2 has been improved significantly in comparison to former versions.
OTRS 3.2 is distinguished by a better usage of the existing hardware,
resulting in shorter reaction times of the system, and smoother operations with the software.
