Host: How long have you been in Thailand this time?
Actually, I fly often.
I feel like I just stop by home.
I will fly to Myanmar on this Thursday.
and I will fly again at the end of month again.
About the end of next month, I will fly again.
But I have work in Thailand to finish it since I will be in China from April to June.
Host: Do you take some rest? Do you reserve the time to take some rest such as 3 day off for a month?
Not yet. I continue working since I've started my own business. I have to spend a lot of time with it.
Host: What kind of business?
Skin care but it's not distributed in Thailand yet. I've launch my product abroad first.
As of now, we distribute the product abroad
but it might be a bit difficult to find it since we have small amount in stock.
Host: Do you sell it online or in store?
We didn't provide online channel yet. The online channel will be launched in about March or April.
We just export the product now.

Oh I'm not.
His fans gave him really warn welcome.

Host: how different comparing to working in Thailand and experience with his international fans during working there in the next break.
Host: Welcome back to the second break of True Insider Weekend TV show. We still have Mike with us.
Host: We will talking about you success in oversees. Let's start from China.
Host: When did it start? Recently, I see you are very famous. Obviously, you took the role of Zhu Bajie in Journey to the west
Host: But it must be the start point before that. That's many people don't know about it.
Umm... Actually, I'm not sure about the starting point.
Full House is a remake Korean series which is already famous around the world.
People paid attention on it a lot and they wanted to know how good/bad of it in the Thai version.
When it came good, the good feedback came from China and back to Thailand and all around Asia... AEC... and Europe. They watched it.
That made Mike was known in China.
After that, I have my fans following me and my work.
They even watched my previous work when I was young in the name of Golf&Mike.
That made they like me more. I have more fanbase.
Host: What is the first drama in China?
Wu Xin Fa ***
It's a diary of Wu Xin.
He is a immortal person and I took a role of chicken angel who stayed with him.
It's just my trial.
As I told you, I had talked to many agencies in China for 2 years. But I couldn't settle down.
Host: You have to sign a contract with a agency, don't you?
I had to sign. Many agencies convinced me to sign.
I was scared since I had never faced this situation.
Usually, when I went there, I dealt everything by myself. So, I stopped thinking of contract for a while.
After time went by, I wasn't sure if I was too picky.
It's my fortune or whatever. A friend of my friend knew the agency there, contacted me and I went to talk to him.
This agency gave me a trial to work with them to see if I was comfortable to work with them, then make decision later.
Host: So, you didn't have to sign a contract, did you?
We worked together first. If we're happy working together, we could make decision later.
I felt this agency was fair.
A bit later after that, they gave me a job which my schedule was tight since I was shooting a drama in Thailand.
They gave me a good job which is Wu Xin Fa ***
which it challenged me since my first job is a Chinese period drama.
Instead of a modern regular drama, I got a period drama.
During that time, I had shooting a drama in Thailand.
During that time, I fought back and forth.
I was in Thailand from Monday to Wednesday and I was in China from Thursday to Sunday.
In the evening of Wednesdays, after finished shooting, I had to go to the airport to fly to China.
I arrived there in the morning and go for shooting from Thursday to Sunday.
On Sunday's night, I had to go back to Thailand to continue shooting in Thailand in the morning of Monday.
It happened like this about a few months.
I could go nowhere. Only stayed on set.
Host: How was your health during that time?
My health was getting worse.
It's a lot because that time the weather was cold in China and hot in Thailand.
It's like the weather turned extremely hot and extremely cold back and forth.
and a lot of pressure .
It's about language. It's my first time and the script is in Chinese.
I was trying to speak the dialogue in Chinese but I couldn't do it.
I had memorized the dialogue in Chinese until I had a lot of confident.
But the lot of pressure on set made me lost my concentration.
I forgot all dialogue I memorized. I forgot all dialogue in the scene.
I end up spoke dialogue in Thai instead.
After working for a while, I got used to it.
I realized I shouldn't speak dialogue in Thai. I should speak it in English.
because Chinese casts don't understand Thai language for sure but they can understand some English.
If Chinese casts could understand my speaking, the working would be easier since they knew when I finished my dialogue.
Host: Nowadays, do you still speak dialogue in English in acting and to communicate with them?
Umm... I'm improving...
As of now, I started speaking some dialogue in Chinese if I could.
and I always ask my translator the meaning of this word.
I don't memorized it only but I learn the meaning of dialogue.
What is the meaning of this word?
I write down translated words, so I know how to put the feeling in dialogue
and the meaning of Chinese words
I'm trying speak Chinese in everyday talk and speak to the other casts.
I learn Chinese by using it in the real life.
Host: Are they friendly?
They all are friendly... very friendly.... I got the well welcome.
No one is arrogant.
Host: What is the environment on set there? Like the meal on set, is it the same as in Thailand?
It depends on each production team.
Some teams pack the meal in a food carrier for each cast.
They separate rice and dishes like in Thailand.
Host: What do they eat? Is it the same as we see in Chinese restaurant?
Ummm.... sometimes, I ate streaky pork everyday.
Do they eat like that?
Yes, sometimes I ate streaky pork everyday.
Host: You can adapt yourself to fit their working and eating.
Host: Another thing that many Thai people are wondering is the restroom there.
After I have spent my life there, I have my tactic.
In Thailand, Most of restrooms are sitting toilet but most of restrooms there are squat toilet.
If you go there, you should find a sitting toilet because they rarely use it.
Host: Really?
Yes, it will be very clean.
Actually, the restroom there are okay.
When I went for shooting in mountain, I was surprised a bit after getting on the hill because I imagined there was portable toilets.
When I got there, I asked them where the restroom was.
They said... no restroom.
We were in the mountain. The team told me no restroom.
then, I asked them what to do?
He did like this.
Host: You have to adapt yourself.
Yes, I do. I have adapted pretty much.
Host: You can go to restroom before leaving the lodging.
I went to restroom before leaving, but I spend time several hours on the hill. I got a bit trouble.
Recently, I bought a portable toilet. It's a tent with a sitting chair and a bag. I carry it with me.
The other casts and the director came to use my toilet sometimes. They told me it's convenient.
Host: Why don't they buy it?
Ummm... I don't know. I think they are used to.
It's a bit trouble but I'm used to.
If the location is in town, there is no problem. The restroom is clean. Everything is okey.
Host: As your drama is a period drama, the locations must be in mountain or in forest, isn't it?
I had to climb mountain. I mean seriously climbing mountain. I walked up the hill which there was ice caps on it.
The hill was very high. It took a hour and half to get up there on walk.
We walked up there to shoot for a while and come back.
They wanted a beautiful scene. It's really beautiful up there
It's about fox story.
When I got up there, at first, I thought was it CG on the background?
Host: Is it that beautiful?
It didn't look real. It seemed not the real thing. It's extremely beautiful.
When I see it through my eyes, I felt like I live in a dream world.
Host: It's such a great experience. You have a chance to stay there and experience many things.
I have some trouble but in the trouble I have..
it's like climbing mountain. It is hard, but when you reach on the top and you will see the beautiful scenery there.
It's someting... If I hadn't worked at this point, I wouldn't have gone there.
