For most of my life I was the chunky girl. I would eat food to alleviate my depression.
But it only made it worse.
It was time for a change.
In college I picked up three books that would change the way that I ate forever...
I started eating healthy, and I finally got the courage to pick up P90X.

It was really hard in the beginning, but Half way through I started feeling stronger!
I stuck to fruits and veggies.
I pushed myself for 90 days and saw amazing results!
More importantly, for the first time in my life I appreciated my body!
I couldn't get enough and did another round. After round 2 I had never felt more amazing in my entire life.

When winter of 2012 came around I stopped exercising. I gained the weight back.
I was devastated. But if I could do it once I could do it again. This time I'm never stopping! Half way through official round 3
It's not about 90 days, the 90 days gets you to realize your potential. Health is a lifestyle. Where are you in your journey? More importantly where do you want to be?
