I love a good stirfry, and with this tip, you should be able to cook a brilliant one.
This first tip is you need to get a really hot wok. Next, cut your vegies up really fine
so they cook really quickly, that way they'll stay nice and crunchy and still get all of
that beautiful flavour. You meat as well, whether it is beef, pork, chicken - cut it
nice and fine. Once your wok is nice and hot, your throw all of your meat in, stir fry it
all around with a non-stick utensil then the vegies go it and then last throw in your liquid,
soy, sweet chilli, oyster - they go in at the last minute and as soon as they have coasted
those vegies and meat, you get the stir fry out - sit back and enjoy.
