Ok. As we start to build density in this drawing, what we'll discover is that as we get more
and more layers on here it sometimes becomes hard for some of the lighter colors to come
forward. That's the time to move to adding some fixative. So, I'm going to very lightly
spray this surface. Especially, this area here. I'm not going to spray the whole surface,
just going to work in the area that I'm working with a little bit of fixative. And, watch
what happens as I spray the fixative on. Just a very light coat. I don't know whether you
could see that. But, some of these colors darkened. That darkening is a natural byproduct
of adding fixative to the thing. Now, that fixative will help fix the existing surfaces
and will let us start putting some more layers on there. So, that we can get brighter colors
to come forward like that red.
