Big difference between this fireman move and the other 2 fireman moves that I have gone
over is that you are pulling your knees into the pole which requires a bit of abdominal
strength and it requires that you know where your body placement is going. Once you bend
those knees in the pole you must be careful where they are hitting on the pole. You want
that pole to between your knees like so not in here, not out up there, you don't want
hit your knee up against the pole. It is very important that somewhere in here so your body
can hold that pole. I will demonstrate for you watch my knees very carefully as I do
this. You see how the pole is right there, not in here to far, so we don't want our body
up against that pole, not out here where we are bending out knees up against the pole
you can get serious of bruises on your knees if you did that. Also another thing to keep
in mind when you do these moves always always always keep your toes pointed flex foot is
not attractive.
