It's about driving fundamental, organizational change. If you really don't want change, if
you want to just sort of feel better, but not have thing be different, I'm not great
with that. My clients tell me all the time that I am more challenging. I may not really
look like it, but I am very tenacious and I'm kind of a pit-bull when I'm working with
people. My clients don't have a lot of patience for hand-holding, I make them sweat and squirm
more, and they get a lot of value, it's high-level squirming because I have a very high standard
for what it looks like to lead. That map is in my head and it comes out of science and
I hold them to that standard.
