You can add your existing sales order information into a spreadsheet and upload it into OrderHarmony.
If you click on Sales Orders and then go to Import Orders,
you'll see you have a number of import templates just here.
if you click on import spreadsheet for sales orders
you are taken through to the help page.
If you click this link here to download the spreadsheet
and you'll see this page gives you the column names and it gives you information about the data that you can put in this column too.
So it's really useful to reference that as you go along.
So here's my spreadsheet
you'll see I've added my order information,
and then if you go back to you OrderHarmony account
just choose the file.
Choose OrderHarmony Orders CSV;
You'll notice that you can also export
orders from OpenCart and Prestashop if you use either of those systems.
Just upload the file here too
and then click on Upload.
So you 'll see the files being imported and you can use these little plus buttons to view the information.
You can import rows individually and you can also remove rows if you don't want to import that data.
Now, if you've checked everything and you are happy with it
click import all rows

wait a few seconds for the data to be added.
And there we go.
You'll see that the order information has been added to OrderHarmony
and it also gives you links
to the orders that have been created.
