Daniel Chong is a 25 year old college student he studying economics at the
University of California San Diego
and April 2012 he was taken into custody during a drug raid
and placed in a cell by a police officer
authorized to perform Drug Enforcement Administration work the officer told
charm
that he would not be charged and said quote hang tight
well come get you in a minute it was a little
five foot by ten foot when dole is cell while leading come back in a minute
four and a half a day is later
they came back Chong said he drank his own urine to stay alive
hallucinated that agents were trying to poison him with gases
through the vents and he tried to carve a farewell message to his mother and his
arm
he actually lost his mind he went crazy
now since then he is
gotten better but obviously the ordeal was incredibly traumatic
I me was face to face with his own mortality he almost died
he now received a 4.1 million dollar settlement
from the US government and in my opinion that's the least they could have done I
mean I can imagine a more nightmarish scenario than what he went through
are you ready for the devastating twist in a story nobody at the DEA
was brought up on charges no accountability whatsoever no justice
nobody was even fired
nobody was even suspended for reform at a time
with or without pay nothing in fact we don't even know
specifically who is responsible for it because they're all covering their own
***
and the entire DEA ish 3 now people get angry at us when we talk about how
they're different justice systems in the US
and our justice system is messed up in multiple different ways so you can do
what you did to this kid no punch
you can do well
what the head of torture did Abu great he oversaw love it
a program that was illegal under the nuremberg tribunals the Geneva
Convention
international law US law unconstitutional under the Eighth
Amendment which protects from call unusual punishment
but he got to be a thousand dollar fine walk free you're allowed to
murderer somebody from a helicopter
but and their Reuters reporters walking on ground we r video this
and there's a is an integer jitters it errors I don't tell me where
whatever shot and killed them but I'll that person
it not even a trial no rush no nothing
but if you're Bradley Manning and you
release the video all the people who did the ***
well you have to get locked up for up to 130 years
gee I wonder why people have lost faith
in the United States justice system
