Let's take look at the Calendar View in Smartsheet.
The calendar view provides a weekly
or monthly perspective of the dates set in your sheet.
Giving you the ability to visualize the dates
and easily see how they relate to each other,
or adjust them as needed.
To select the calendar view,
click on the calendar button on the tool bar.
The calendar view will open to the current month
and any items within the month will be displayed.
By clicking on the settings button,
You can choose which date column can be seen on the calendar.
Or display a date range from any 2 date columns.
You can also toggle the visibility of your reminders.
Let's set this back to a single column view.
By clicking on the time frame button at the top,
you can change the size of the range displayed in the main calendar.
The 1 week view allows you to see more items on any one day.
And the 1 month view allows you to see more days,
but fewer items on any one day.
If all the items on any given date
cannot be displayed, this icon will appear in the
bottom right corner of the date. Simply click on it
and the time frame will adjust to display all the items for that date.
The buttons on either side adjusts the time frame displayed
forwards or backwards.
You can also adjust the time frame using the scroll bar on the right
or clicking anywhere on the mini calendars to the left.
Notice the mini calendar range
highlights the date range displayed in the main calendar.
Now we can see each item in the calendar
displays the text from the primary column in your sheet
If you double click on any item,
the 'Edit Row' form appears allowing you to see
all the details for the row and make changes.
The calendar is interactive,
giving you the ability to move a date by dragging it,
or if you have date ranges enabled,
change a date range by dragging the edges.
Before saving changes,
you have the option to undo them with the undo button.
You also have the option to print the calendar
or send it as an attachment.
Here we have the option
to publish the dates to your google calendar.

Now any changes to the dates in Smartsheet
will be pushed out to your google calendar.
