Hi, this is Richard Buccola here in New York City, and today on behalf of Expert Village
I'm going to show you how to make Cappuccino brownie cups. Alright, so for today, for our
Cappuccino brownie cups we're going to need the following utensils. Alright, I'm going
to use, we're probably going to need about three bowls today. One for your first mixture
of sugars that we'll be putting into our skillet. And then we're going to mix our eggs and stuff
in one. And then we're also going to use one for our whipping cream. Now if you're just
buying whip cream out of the tub or the, you know, the can, then you don't need that. But
if you do want to do is this way, you can use your wrist and just stir it, stir it stir
it. Or you could just use a mixer, which I'll be using today. So you people that sometimes
get these things for Christmas and then they just collect dust, well here's a good reason
to get them out and start making them, you know, work for you. You're going to need some
measuring spoons. Now usually I cook by eye, but when it comes to baking, my aunt who's
gone, isn?t no longer here with us. She was the baker and even she would always make sure
to use measuring cups. So definitely use your measuring cups and your measuring spoons.
And don't forget you're going to need some cookie cutters to actually cut them out, cut
out our brownies. They have, nice circles are good, Valentine's Day is coming, you can
use a heart. If you don't have cookie cutter you can actually just use a cup. Just turning
your cup, and cutting it out like that. And in the back we're just going to need our skillet,
and we're actually going to need a thirteen by nine by two inch casserole dish, or pan
for our brownies. So come back and we'll start putting this all together. But right now it's
also probably a good idea to preheat your oven to three fifty.
