My name's Sebastian Fontenelle.
I currently have my first job, so that's great.
I never thought I'd be able to work in an office as I have dyslexia.
The barriers I've found with dyslexia, because it's a hidden disability
people expect you to be like everyone else,
like if I'm in a suit, I can speak correctly
and nobody will notice that I have dyslexia,
until it comes to reading or writing and people are quite shocked.
So, yeah.
My greatest achievement is probably housing a 19 year old boy.
I met his mother in a hostel
and basically there's a housing association called Nacro
and I got him in there by reading the forms for him to fill out
because he was a shambles at the time, he was really down.
He was out of college, I got him into college.
And now I'm a resident representative and now sit on the board of Nacro
which is quite, well it's an achievement for myself.
