Hello, everyone. My name is Kagaen and this is Season 2, Episode 8 of my Combat Arms Weapon
Analysis. In this episode, we'll be covering arguably the fastest-shooting pistol in the
game, the G18 Carbon Black. A variant of the G18 which originates from Austria, the Glocks
are one of the most well-known pistols in modern times, serving countries around the
world with reliable sidearms. In Combat Arms, the G18 Carbon Black is classified as a pistol
with the rank of 2nd Lieutenant 5. Its price is 4,900 GP for 7 days. Its magazine
size is the expected 15/30, and it has two firing modes: burst fire and fully automatic.
The G18 Carbon Black comes with 35 damage, 90 portability, 45 fire rate, 62 accuracy,
and 59 recoil. It has a speedy draw rate of 0.66 seconds. The reload rate is very fast
at 1.66 seconds. The rounds per minute is amazing at 587 rounds per minute, so its time
to kill for pistols is fairly fast at 0.40 seconds. As arguably the fastest-shooting
pistol in the game right now, the G18 Carbon Black is no joke at all. And the best thing
about this pistol is that it is available for GP at a low rank of 2nd Lieutenant 5.
And honestly, in my opinion, the G18 Carbon Black is worth the price, it's worth the rank,
and it's definitely worth its status as a GP weapon to compete with the NX weapons like
the G18 Cobra, the G18 Chrome, and the Bushmaster Type 97, and all those machine pistols; the
G18 Carbon Black is amazing in this game. Kicking things off with damage, the G18 Carbon
Black has 35 points in damage, which is mediocre at best, so you can expect a solid 4 to 5
shot-kill at short ranges only. If you use this gun for medium range, this potential
will go up to about 7 to 8 shots which is not that great at all -- you'll need half
your magazine to kill someone. But the G18 Carbon Black here, with a solid 4 to 5 shot
kill, that is not that good. It's weak, it's high for the pistols that you can spray with,
but it is still weak overall. Not as strong as the USPs and M1911s and obviously not as
strong as the Anacondas and Deagles. So in an overall sense, the G18 Carbon Black is
a weak pistol, but that is not too much of a problem. Secondly, the portability of the
G18 Carbon Black is as you expect with most pistols with 90 points in portability, so
that is average for the pistols. It is not as high as the Anacondas (the NX-Standard
Anacondas) and it's not as low as the Deagle. So it's in the middle of the line, but 90
portability is ridiculously high nonetheless, so you can obviously manuever with this weapon
quite easily. Next is the fire rate. The G18 Carbon Black has 45 points in fire rate, which
ties itself with the G18 Cobra, but only statistically. In fact, if you go back to my G18 Cobra review,
that pistol only has about a 510 rounds per minute, whereas the G18 Carbon Black here
has an amazing 587 rounds per minute -- which is faster than the L85, which is faster than
the AUG A1 Black -- and this is a tremendous attribute this pistol has because it's arguably
the fastest shooting pistol in the game, and it's better than the single fire pistols because
the single fire pistols -- like the G23s -- they depend on your FPS (Frames per Second). The
lower your FPS, the more the gun jams. But since the G18 Carbon Black has a fully auto
function, this is not much of a problem at all. Once you switch to full auto, it doesn't
matter if you have low FPS; this pistol will still shoot ridiculously fast and this is
one of the best traits about this pistol. Onto the accuracy. This gun has 62 points
in accuracy, which is average for the pistols and low overall when you compare it to other
guns like the assault rifles and sniper rifles. So 62 points -- it's actually fairly high
for the sprayable pistols like the G23s and the K5s and all those good pistols. But again,
in an overall sense, this is still fairly low. And even though it's higher than most
of the spray pistols, the recoil throws everything off. And to keep this in mind, the G18 Carbon
Black is a pistol. So you really shouldn't be using it for medium range anyways; it is
a pistol, it is for you to finish off an enemy, or when you're surprised, and that's pretty
much it. So keep it at short range. Last of the visible statistics is the recoil. The
G18 Carbon Black has a fairly weird recoil profile because when you're not scoped in,
where you can see your crosshairs, it has really low spread. Probably one of the lowest
spreads of any pistol in the game. But once you put a scope on this pistol, everything
turns the opposite. It has extremely high recoil. The recoil goes straight up for about
3 shots, and then it goes horizontal very violently. So I highly do not recommend you
to use a scope on this pistol because, if you're gonna use a scope, you might as well
descope and just spray with the hip because the G18 Carbon Black has one of the weirdest
recoil patterns ever. It has low spread, but very high recoil. So when you're using this
pistol, do not use a scope. But otherwise, this pistol is still golden. Onto attachments.
The G18 Carbon Black has 2 slots available for customization. First off is the scope.
I would have to say it's not recommended because first of all, the G18 Carbon Black is a secondary.
It's a sidearm; it's meant for you to finish off enemies, not run around and try to be
pro, per se. So the scope here, not recommended. And also because it has really high recoil.
When you go in-game and when you scope in, and when you see how difficult it is -- it's
not like the G18 Chrome, where the recoil is actually very low; on the G18 Carbon Black
it's just not worth the effort. Secondly, on the magazine modifications, I'd recommend
the Extended Magazine 2 as with all the spray pistols because this pistol -- you're gonna
run out of ammo frequently and you'll need all the bullets you need because this pistol
has low damage as well. So the Extended Magazines will hinder your reload speed just a tiny,
tiny bit, but the benefits are awesome. With 7 extra bullets in the magazine, it will be
a very good asset when you're up against multiple enemies. And lastly, for the suppressor, it
is an integrated suppressor, and is not the bad suppressors that you buy in the modification
shop; this suppressor is actually very unique, it's very quiet, and it's perfect for stealth
ops, so in an overall sense, the G18 Carbon Black -- one of the best GP pistols available
right now. To summarize the G18 Carbon Black's pros are similar to the G18 Chrome. It has
an insanely fast rate of fire, arguably the highest for all pistols which is always good
for sidearms. Next, this pistol has virtually no spread. Spraying all your bullets in either
burst or automatic function is no trouble at all. Lastly, the integrated suppressor
is great for stealthier players, looking to assassinate some enemies without compromisation.
The cons are subtle at the most. The low damage is expected from any spray pistol in Combat
Arms, and the G18 Carbon Black is no exception. Secondly, the odd, heavy recoil is present
on this pistol only when you are scoped in. So I recommend spraying from the hip rather
than scoping in. Finally, as with all the G18s and G23s, reloads are extremely frequent.
So make your shots count, and conserve ammo when possible. Being a great fully automatic
weapon in such a compact size, the G18 Carbon Black is concealed, suppressed, and ready
to glock someone in the head, time after time. This concludes my Weapon Analysis on the G18
Carbon Black pistol in Combat Arms. I hope everyone enjoys this video and finds it informative,
and I thank you for watching. This is Kagaen signing out, and I'll see you guys later.
