Where do you want to study next year?
The National Student Exchange at Chico State has hundreds of options.
I'm doing Exchance at the University of New Hampshire, at Durham.
I chose New Hampshire because of their great Kinesiology program.
I will be able to complete my major requirements for Chico
because the classes are compatible, and have already been approved
by the academic advisor for my major.
Believe it or not, I'm looking forward to experiencing
all the seasons of the year, including the snowy New Hampsire winter.
I exchanged to the Saint Croix campus of the University of the *** Islands,
where I studied a variety of subjects.
By participating in the National Student Exchange Program,
I had many new experiences.
I enjoyed immersing myself in cultures that I’d never before encountered.
In that process, I also learned a lot about myself and my own culture.
Based on my time in the *** Islands, I would recommend that
every Chico State student go on a National Student Exchange.
I am on an exchange from the University of South Dakota.
I came to Chico State to study English.
When I first arrived in California,
I noticed quite a few cultural differences.
But, at the same time, many things were similar.
Chico is a beautiful place,
and I am impressed by how friendly and helpful the people have been.
I love my classes and the professors are very helpful,
and they work hard for their students.
NSE is for everyone. It's an experience you'll never regret.
I am the coordinator of the National Student Exchange at California State University, Chico.
