Ok, it's Tuesday. Such a beautiful day for some outside workout. Let's begin!
This week I'll show you a recipe for vegetable salad. It's really the easiest food ever.
Ok, I have everything prepared.
I have an olive oil, some tomatoes, peppers, cucumber, feta cheese, salt and oregano. That's all we need.
Let's start.
Add some salt
Oregano
Olive oil.
Now, mix it all together.
This week's challenge is a skipping rope. I'll be jumping for 7 minutes.
Hopefully I'll make it to 1000 jumps over the rope. Let's see!
I'll be performing mainly bodyweight exercising and for that I don't need to go to gym.
All I need are few things.
It's a pull up bar. You have to get one or you can just find one in your neighborhood.
Then it's this exercise ball.
Abb wheel
elastic band
And skipping rope
That's it for now.
You can get all of these for like $20. So that's really cheap.
