Hello this is Syreeta with DivineDivaBeauty.Com. Um Tonight I am doing a smokey eye look.
And I've already started to lay down the foundation for it. Basically you want to start with a neutral eye.
Again here I start off with a pretty neutral eye...plain and simple.
The product I'm going to use for this look is Stila Kajal Eyeliner in Onyx. This is one of the most blackest eyeliners I've ever
seen in my life. And I love it. Another alternative is the Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eyeliner Pencil in Zero.
And this is going to be a more dramatic smokey eye. I'm just gonna say that before I get started here.
And I'm going to line pretty much my eye all the around this time around. When I did it in the past I did a somewhat dramatic
and a less dramatic one. This time I'm going all the way with the drama so...
As you can see here I've winged up the lower lashline.
I still want the concentration of color to be along the lashline, but I want to diffuse it as I go upward
I didn't do much smudging on the lower lashline as I did the top. I want to keep the lower line pretty strong for now anyways.
And I'm gonna take this black here that they have...you can also use MAC's Carbon or any other matte black eyeshadow, but for
sake of this look I'm gonna use this one. And you can get this at Ulta. They come in at least come in four color combinations..
10 colors like this one here...Its called the Runway Collection...there's a neutral one...I know for a fact you get it at Ulta
And now I'm gonna go to the corner of my eye here. You can use tape here if you want to, but I'm not gonna do that tonight
I'm gonna start here...start smoking it out like so. And I'm still using the pencil brush. I'm gonna go back in with a blending
I'm still using the pencil brush as of right now, but I will go back in with a blending brush to smoke it out more.
But I still want to keep everything going upward right now. And I also want to go over the black liner that I've already applied
with the eyeshadow as well to really smoke it out. And now I'm gonna go in with MAC #252 brush. I want to blend, but not...
overblend...So just kinda go in and do a windshield wiper motion going back and forth here.
Okay now that I'm done applying the black eyeshadow and liner for the smokey eye look I'm going to finish the rest of my makeup
and add on some lashes and add on some lashes and I'll be right back.
[Airbrush compressor vibrating loudly]
Hi everyone this is Syreeta with DivineDivaBeauty.Com and this is the finished look for the Smokey Eye tutorial
I'm probably gonna call it the "Smokey Eye Revisited" [laughs] At any rate this is the finished look here yeah I got the hair.
I didn't really go big on the accessories I just have on a t-shirt and my ring. Actually its 1AM right now. I'm just getting
Done with this video. I had a few like mishaps come up at the last minute. I had my eyelash on one side it didn't quite go on
But at any rate I got it together...This is the finsihed look...Again feel free to ask questions..I'm gonna zoom in...
the way I wanted to. You know how you get eyelash glue on your eye, so I had to go back in and correct that.
The main pencil that I used tonight was the Stila Kajal Eyeliner in Onyx. It looks like this here. I had gotten it at Sephora.
I was asking one of the girls there and she recommended this. The only thing I will warn you is that if you buy this is that it
IT IS NOT WATERPROOF!!! You can make it last longer with a sealer or setting it with powder.
I just wanted to make sure you aware of that before you purchase it.
Yes this is great if you really want a black, black pencil liner without getting a liquid liner this is what to get.
Let me zoom in so you can see that. Now mind you when I took the lash glue off of my eye I took off the makeup too. Luckily
I had Ruby Kisses on hand! I had to fill in with the Ruby Kisses gel liner. You can use this as a base for the smokey eye look.
I think with the smokey eye look especially if you have small eyes its important to highlight the browbone area, so that you
have that contrast in there. Because otherwise it will swallow your eyes up really.
But if you have that highlight there that really helps your eyes POP. It gives you that smoldering, sultry look...
But yeah people that's the finsihed look...Hope you like it...Giving yall a little bit of face and I will be taking pictures.
If you haven't already like, subscribe, comment, ask questions, email me whatever...I will respond to you as soon as I can...
Love you all, Peace and Good night!!!
