The next thing we're going to do is some valentines that you can do with your kid. They will need
some super vision because we will be doing some heat embossing, but it's something that
they'll enjoy doing with you helping them. For kid's valentine's I like to make these
cute 3x3 valentines. They come with their own envelopes. Something that kids really
like to do is emboss and stamp on the back of their envelope, so that's something that
you can do together also. The first thing we're going to need to do is take our 12x12
piece of paper and go ahead and cut it for these 3x3 cards. The first thing I'm going
to do is cut it at 6 inches and then go ahead and cut them at 3. What's nice about using
a 12x12 piece of paper to make these cute little cards is you can get 8 cards out of
one piece of paper. That is really a good deal. Making cards with your family is nice.
You get to do something together. It's a really fun activity. It's cost effective for everyone,
and your children learn as you go along. I've got all my cardstock cut. The next thing I'm
going to do is just score all of these at 3 inches, fold them in half, and you're ready
to go and make your designs on these cute 3x3 cards.
