In English Ceva Animal Health
and I am in charge of the IT department global IT.
The sales force their job is to visit DVM
Doctor Veterinary Medicines and to promote our drugs and vaccines
and they want the tools that help them to do their sales
to perform their work better
and in that sense having only an online tool was not the solution.
So with MicroStrategy I decided to create like a front end to my CRM
and having the CRM working online and offline on an iPad or an android tablet.

I'm a Terriroty Manager at Ceva Animal Health calling on the District of Columbia and Virginia.
Previous tools that we've used have really been cumbersome.
We've had a laptop balanced on the gear shift, an air card, and now we're going to be able
to use an iPad
or another tablet and a MyFi device.
All of the relevant information that you would need
to see the behavior of the practice of our client is right there in front of us.
You pull up in the parking lot of a practice and right away
you can see how that practice has performed against itself
against other practices around it.
We have a client screen that gives us a map of all of our clients
and a drawing tool that allows us to quickly see all of the clients that are in a particular
area
compare them against each other.
This is great for that scenario when a client cancels a lunch at the last moment
and you have to figure out what to do with two hours of your time.

and recover some of it?
As well from the client screen you can link to
client sales data, graphically represented in two or three different ways.
You can see the client's buying cycle
and link to our CRM so you can enter call notes about the practice.
We've got a calendar page that allows you to quickly look back
across the last month or so of your activity
and see where you've been investing your time.
The offline capability of this app is one of the most important features.
The fact that no matter what your internet connectivity is
if you're in the mountains or if your stuck inside a practice and can't get a connection
to the internet
you can still get fairly current sales data.
I mean the information is all right out there in front of you
and compared to how cumbersome and difficult it was to extract the most basic
information from our previous tools you're going to love using this.
I mean I hate to give you the commercial
I hate to be a reckless cheerleader for MicroStrategy
but you're really going to like this app.
I do.
