I'm Marta Gasparin. I'm 33, and I'm manager of motorsports and Porsche Driving Experience at Porsche Italia.
I sort of see the Carrera Cup as my baby, because when I came here we didn't have it in Italy.
The thing that guides me most in my day-to-day work is striving for perfection.
There have always been two kinds of driver in the Carrera Cup. There are the gentleman types, who make up sort of the hard core,
and there are the juniors.
We follow them because they're up-and-coming sportsmen, and we give them advice on how to manage their careers.
I think the Carrera Cup is a great springboard for them.
My favourite Porsche is the 911. When I get away from city traffic, it gives an incredible feeling of security.
It's a great driving experience.
Imola is Italy's second most famous circuit. Formula 1 was held here until 2006.
It's a very fast, technical track, especially since the latest improvements.
When Porsche took part in the GT world championship, I monitored a car with Michelin tyres.
The drivers, conditions and cars were all the same, but the Michelin tyres reduced lap times by a good two seconds.
