Place the roller shade drive to the right of the tube. Skip this step if the mechanism is already embedded in the tube.
Determine the home position of your roller shade by unrolling it to a desired length. This length of material will not be rolled and will remain visible.
Tighten the home position lock lightly until resistance is felt. Tighten by hand without using any tools. The home position lock should be tight for new mechanisms that have not been used yet.
Fix your roller shade by inserting its right part with the drive into the right bracket. Slide the left part with the brake from the bottom/top into the left bracket so that your roller shade is located centrally. Pull your roller towards yourself until a click and lock it with interlocks. Note! Never adjust the home position when your roller shade is fixed in its brackets. This may cause damage to the brake!
Insert the key into the right bracket. Keep turning counter-clockwise. Caution! The maximum number of turns is 21. You can use a 3/16 allen key.
You have finished the assembly. Now you can unroll your roller shade. To roll it, pull your roller shade slightly downwards by approx 0.6 inch.
