\f0\fs24 \cf0 \ So, everybody needs a little help, every now
and then, to find solutions for getting more done during a busy day. One of the productivity
tools that I find most helpful is the standing desk. If you work at your computer all day,
like I do, it's helpful for your spine (not to mention your sanity) to switch positions
frequently throughout the day. So, I alternate between standing and sitting throughout the
day while I work because it's better for my body. If you're extra fancy you can have one
of those robotic desks where the tabletop moves up and down with the ouch of a button.
Those are pretty cool. But really even if you just have an old board and it's laid across
two filing cabinets, that's just as effective. This is a chef's table that I found marked-down
at an outlet store, and I like it because it has lockable wheels. So if you feel like
moving it around the room, I can easily. I's about 421 inches high. And then I use my shoebox
here so I can get the laptop at just the right height. And, of course, I have the wireless
keyboard and mouse because ergonomics are important, right? So, when I do get tired
of standing, usually after about 90 minutes, then I move to my reclining blogging chair,
