Pour the sugar in a hot frying pan and let it melt then caramelize.
Pour the orange juice and the lemon juice. The caramel has probably hardened, it's normal ! Bring to the boil to melt this caramel.
Once the caramel is melted, reduce the power during 5 minutes.
Add the butter and mix to melt it.
Pour the "Grand Marnier", heat then blaze the alcohol by approaching a flame.
Lower the fire temperature or the hotplate power then soak completely a crepe in the Suzette sauce.
Fold the crepe into quarters. Leave it in the frying pan then do the same with 5 other crepes.
Put the crepes on a plate with the rest of Suzette sauce.
