These images have detected about 300 floating objects floating in the southern Indian Ocean,
where missing Malaysia Airlines Flight MH370 is believed to have crashed.
During a search for the missing plane, a Thai satellite spotted was is thought to be debris
scattered over an area about 1,680 miles southwest of Perth.
The latest evidence after a French satellite spotted 122 objects nearby.
The executive director of Thailand's Geo Informatics and Space Technology Development Agency said
the images were taken on Monday and it took two days to process the information.
We found the floating objects of various sizes from two metres up to 15 or 16 metres. We
preliminary estimate that there are maybe at least 300 pieces of those objects scattered
in the area of about almost 500 square kilometres.
Flight MH370 disappeared on the 8th of March and is thought to have crashed with the loss
of all 239 people on board, after flying thousands of miles off course.
