I guess as any skier you are always looking for powder
and Chatter Creek here is renowned for some of the best powder in the world.
I kind of had it in my mind, of big pillows, lots of snow.
World class terrain,
some of the best terrain that I've ever been around and sledded in.
But it's the end of March and it feels like the end of May right now.
We've been super lucky with the amount of sunshine we've been getting
but it's kind of made the snow pack not really sendable.
So we went to plan B.
This is spring break 2013...
... I think it's about to get ridiculous.
Shirts going to come off here pretty soon,
and were gonna do crowd pleasers off a wind lip.
Crown pleasers are back flips...
for the non spring breakers
Yeah Duey, sender buddy!!
So with Josh Dueck being out here,
he's in a sit ski and he's absolutely shredding on it
and he kind of wanted to show us what its like.
It's nice to see anybody learn from the beginning again
because it reminds me of the essence
and the beauty of the sport of sit skiing.
I don't need two skis any more, all I need is one and a chair.
Hey Cody, turn down the suck.
I give Josh a lot of credit
because that was probably one of the hardest things I have ever done.
It's pretty inspiring what he is able to do with that sit ski.
But on trips like this in the mountains, conditions aren't always ideal,
but you poke your head around long enough
and look around, you're always bound to find something good.
Way to get it buddy.
Yeah Leah, send it girl!
Ah, the crew recommends you get down as quick as possible
ah, we'd all like to have a beer.
Copy that.
Human catapult to rail gap, on a sit ski.
That just happened.
