Hello!
I went shopping at Michael’s and I got a great arts and crafts haul I wanted
to share with you. and Maybe you can make a Guess what I’m
going to do with all the products I got.
So here we go: glue and glue sticks
scrapbooking paper 12x12, black glitter polka-dots,
red craft foam, paper straws,
on the wood aisle, they come 4 to a pack,
wood rectangular, red plates,
black and white houndstooth ribbon, chalkboard paint and a foam brush.
And these are black and white funtastic letters. There’s a whole bunch of letters in here
and they are black and white polks-dots. They are all cut out, you just need to pop
them out of the paper. And let’s not forget.
These really adorable milk bottles. On sale 2 for $3. I think normally $2 each.
So anyway. Any guesses on what I might make with all of this?
Stay tuned and I’ll show in a moment.
Hello! This is the back to school theme breakfast
that I created using all the arts and crafts haul I purchased from Michael’s.
I hope you like it. You can also do a back to school themed dinner
if you don’t want to do the breakfast. I think this would be a great family tradition
to do every year when the kids start school. So how I did this.
These placemats are from the scrapbook aisle. This is the scrapbook paper.
Place a napkin on top with a red plate and green leaves cut out to make it look like
an apple. These are the wood rectangle pieces that you
just paint some chalkboard paint and just write your child’s name with chalk makes
a great place card. The milk bottles with ribbon, button and a
straw. Makes it very cute. A few other things added from the things I
purchased.
I love the pennants! These are made with the red craft foam, wood
dowels, the letters that pop out real easily are just glued on.
It’s a real good stunning center piece. I hope you like the back to school breakfast
idea.
