Hi, this is Dave for Expert Village. Today we are going to be making some prime rib.
Now that we have our broth down to half, what we want to do now is strain out all of our
vegetables. What I have is something that is called strainer and just pour that right
into there in a bowl, this is going to be your Au Jus that you're going to use to put
over your prime rib once it's sliced. The beef stock has all the beautiful vegetable
flavors and all the meat flavors too. As you can see we poured that right off and now we
have this beautiful Au Jus.
