I'm worried I'm not going to do very well in my university presentation.
My girlfriend dumped me a while ago and I'm still feeling pretty low about it now.
I've always been quite shy and I found it difficult to make friends and meet new people.
I can't sleep at night.
My parents don't understand how much work I have to do for university and sometimes I find it really difficult to find
the time to study.
A few months ago I had so many money problems so I couldn't concentrate on my work.
Having to work, having to bring up a family and having to study all at the same time is a lot of pressure.
I found the counseling sessions at university fantastic.
Just having someone to listen has helped a lot. Being able to unload my problems has been a big weight off my shoulders.
Counselling helped me to feel more confident about myself and realise my own strengths.
Counselling meant I was able to relax and stop worrying about the problem so much.
I was able to say what I was thinking without the fear of being judged and it really helped me think about my options.
Since I've spoken to someone and had counseling the problems have gone and now I can finally focus on my uni work.
Counselling has put things into perspective for me and helped me make decisions on what matters in life
