Hello World! And welcome to NineFactorial!
This channel is intended for a Northamerican, or maybe European population, too. If you
prefer to watch me talking in Spanish, you can go to my other channel. Click here to
go to my other channel.
Since this is my first video, let me introduce myself: my name is Ricardo, but you can call
me Richard, or Richi, or whatever you like.
I live in Costa Rica.
Where the hell is that?
For now, I will just tell you Costa Rica is here. In the future, I will be making videos
about Costa Rican...
ge-geology? Ge-geography?
Ge-o-gra-phy!
In the future, I will be making videos of Costa Rican geography. Maybe about Costa Rican
history, too. This videos will be mostly to inform people who don't know a lot about Costa
Rica.
So... my hobbies:
As you can see, I like reading.
I just finished reading this book; it's called Turing's Cathedral by George Dyson. And, I
just started reading this other one, from Aldous Huxley. It's in Spanish, but I guess
in English it is called A Happy World, because that's the translation of the title.
As you can see, I like Isaac Asimov a lot. And I hate to admit this, but I read all the
Twilight books before the movies came out.
What else?
Well, I speak English, I speak Spanish, I speak Italian, too...
"I speak Italian."
I did an intensive course, so I haven't had the opportunity to practice with anybody to
see if I really talk as good as I think I do. But, in my mind, I speak Italian very
well.
I use glasses sometimes. But I don't really need them. I just use them for fun.
I like science, I like technology.
I haven't really planned what I'm gonna do in this channel in general... I guess most
of my videos will be discussions about different topics. *You* can suggest any topics that
you want to see *me* talking about, in the comments below, or in my Facebook, or in my
Twitter.
Also, I can do other things. If you wanna see me singing...
(She acts like summer) and walks like rain, reminds me that there's time to change, eh-eh-eh-eh-eh...
Tell me: did you sail across the sun? Did you make it through the Milky Way to see the
lights are fading? And that heaven is overrating?
(Now that she's back from) that soul vacation (tracing her way through the) constellation,
eh-eh-eh-eh...
(She checks out Mozart while she does tae-boe,) reminds me that there's time to grow, eh-eh-eh-eh-eh...
Tell me: (did the wind sweep you off your feet? Did you finally get the chance to) dance
along the ladder, hey! [the light of day.] (And head back to the) Milky Way!
Tell me: (did Venus blow) your mind?! (Was it) everything you wanted to find? And (did
you miss me while you were) looking for yourself out there?
...or playing videogames...
Ok, so, this is Canabalt. I'm gonna play it. See how this goes.
Ok. So... looks like I'm a guy who is running from... something? someone? On top of... On
top of buildings.
And there's... there's no controlls, I just... I just have to press X or C to jump. Th-that's
the only...
Oh. Ok.
Umm... So, yeah, I-I-I've no idea what I'm running from...
Um... Oh... "You ran 874 meters before hitting a wall and tumbling to your death." Ok.
Let's try that again. Bumps, here (?). A window. Ok. Uh! Ok.
So, I love how this is supposed to be the HD version and it's, like, all pixelated.
I mean, I-I guess it's... it's on purpo... uh... ok.
I guess they do it on purpose, but... uh... you know, it's... it's funny.
Ok. Spaceship. Am I in the future, I guess... Ok, umm... yeah, this... this screen moves
a lot.
Ok.
Well, I'm still alive. Oh. Spaceship. Ok. Why does everything move when the spaceship
goes by? Oh, ok, another window, ok.
Umm... ok. I think it's going too fast now for my eyes. I'm... yeah.
...or any other thing that you wanna see me doing...
"'They didn't pay any attention to me. But after they were gone, I ran away and I fell
down a lot.'
He let go off my shoulders and wraped his arms around me. For a long moment, he didn't
say anything.
'Wolves,' he murmured.
'What?'
'The rangers said the tracks were roam for a bear, but wolves just don't get that big.'
'This were huge!'" That's what she said!
"'How many did you saw?'
'Five...'"
...you can suggest it, as I said, in the commets below, Facebook or Twitter.
Just take into account that I opperate on a very, very, *low* budget.
Don't forget to subscribe, like and comment.
Good-bye!
