Canon BG-E5 Battery Grip
Battery holder - Notice markings for placing one or two batteries
Open the hinge - Rotate 90 degrees (Anti-Clockwise) - Pull out
Battery holder - AA-batteries - 6 batteries total - 2 bottom - 4 above
Slide into battery grip - Open hinge - Rotate 90 degrees (Anti-Clockwise) - Push in - Rotate 90 degrees (Clockwise)

Notice the white pads - These are E-grips - Do not place one underneath the camera as it will obstruct a pin on the battery grip
Remove plastic cap - Reattach when having your battery grip unmounted
Open the battery compartment - Keep the flip on a 45 degree angle (halfway) and push it out
Place the flip in the storage compartment in the battery grip
Place the camera ontop the battery grip and fasten the battery grip with the wheel (turn right to lock, left to unlock)
Feels so much better in hands - More weight and giving it a more robust feel with a compact and strong base
