On behalf of Expert Village my name is Gale Stolove with Wholly Macro in Fort Lauderdale,
Florida. Today we are going to talk about cooking the macrobiotic way. So you might
wonder how one goes on eating all this beautiful healthy food and maintain a slim figure. I'm
going to show you the approximate plate set up and proportions that we like to eat. So
the first thing we are going to start with is our beautiful miso soup with our lewdest
root and carrot flowers and you just need a small amount this. Remember there is a lot
of other foods so we got this we could add some more scallions for garnish and then we
are going to take a serving of our grains. The grains are the main part of a meal so
I'm going to take probably about 2/3 of grains.
