Hi, My name Carlos, If you’re experiencing a broken heart I want to tell you today that
you have to go through the pain and not try to go around it.
When you loved someone, suffering is unavoidable.
It’s part of the healing process.
People don’t understand that crying is the ultimate cure for a broken heart.
Crying releases stress hormones.
You have to let all that out.
Your emotions is knocking on your door, if you don’t answer, it will keep knocking
until you do open up.
Holding it in is only going to make it worse.
Crying does not make you weak, since the day you were born it’s been a sign that you’re
alive.
If someone has broken up with you or your with someone who you’re unhappy with don’t
let that person who doesn’t appreciate you keep you from the man or woman that will.
In order for your broken heart to be cure you also have to end all connections that
is triggering your memories and that is causing you to relive that pain over and over again.
Keep your mind distracted by looking at all the new opportunities that you have now.
This is not the end of the world, there’s billions of people in this world, what you
don’t want to do is judge all man or woman because of the pain one person did to you,
because this will detain you from taking opportunities and falling in love again.
Understand that the best things in life can only be lived after experiencing pain.
So, my final advice is to look at this as an open door towards where God wants to take
you.
When a muscle is torn they grow back even stronger, your heart works the same way.
Pain makes you stronger, fear makes you braver, and heartbreak makes you wiser.
God knows what he’s doing in your life, but He can’t reveal his plans to you unless
you accept the pain and decide to keep moving forward. The fastest way to be cured is to give the pieces of your broken to God and trust that He knows what to do with it.
May the Gospel give you life!
