AMY STAGGS: Hi, my name is Amy Staggs and on behalf of Expert Village, here is my recipe
for Tabbouleh. Okay, we have our complete salad, dressing added. It is ready to go.
So the Tabbouleh that we made today was made from bulgur wheat which by the way is a complete
protein so it's super, super, super good for you. Olives, tomatoes, spinach, parsley, cilantro,
onions, lots and lots of good healthful stuff in here. So this is a great side dish but
I see no reason why it can't be a main dish especially if you're serving vegetarians.
Keeps them happy, keeps them healthy. This is also really, really good with meat so again,
if you want to grind up some chuck and throw it in there, you've got a complete main course.
