Hi I'm Brianne holistic esthetician and
owner Nabele skincare and you are watching skin tip Tuesday
Today's tips are all about preventing those pesky breakouts you may have in
problem areas like your cheeks your forehead.
But first, role the intro.
That was fun.
But back to the tips, because that's where here. So if you're the kind of person that tends to
have a breakout in one specific area of
your face it's quite possible that your actually doing something to irritate
your skin and causing those pimples.
So today I wanna go over some of those top causes and how to prevent them.
The first offender
might be pillowcase. Dead skin cells, oils
and other not so sexy stuff can pretty quickly
accumulate on that pillow case. If you tend to break out on the side of your face that you
sleep on
that's probably your culprit. All you need to do is wash your pillowcase
about once a week
or and you know the clean spare.
Another offender could be your cell phone. If you break it on your cheek where
you hold your phone that's likely causing you problems.
You should wipe off your phone often. You could use a little bit of alcohol
and make sure you hold it away from your cheek to avoid breakouts in that area.
Brushing your teeth could be giving you perioral dermatitis.
Don't worry, it's not as serious as it sounds. It's an acne like break out around the mouth
often caused by toothpaste. To avoid irritation from brushing your teeth just
make sure to rinse the area thoroughly and blot dry.
You should pay attention to how often you touch your face.
Constant friction along with dirt anything else that may be on your hands
can pretty easily cause flare ups.
All you need to do is avoid touching your face when possible.
And work on your posture
Sorry that last one was just for me.
Your products can also cause irritation that lead to break outs. So might I humbly recommend some
great all-natural products like those found at nabele.com.
And those are some of the main things to look out for. Now hopefully just by being a
more aware of what's
touching your skin or what you're putting on your skin, you can prevent a whole lot of
break outs before they happen.
Now if you found this video useful or interesting or entertaining
