On behalf of Expert Village, I'm Paul Anderson of ABC Circus in Hollywood, Florida, and this
is beginning acrobatics. When doing acrobatics, let's say you were in a show. You do a hard
trick, an easy trick, a hard trick with your arms, a hard trick with your legs, and an
easy trick to rest. If you've been practicing and trying all these tricks, now we're going
to give you a nice easy one. This is to develop trust with a partner. Take hands, take each
foot, one foot between the other, and sit down on the other's knee. Albert is sitting
on Astrid's knee. Astrid is sitting on Albert's knee. When you have an acrobatic partner,
you have a chair no matter where you go. Let's see if they can get out of it as gracefully
as they get into it. Very smooth, very safe. That's the important thing about acrobatics.
Get into it very slowly and safely, and get out of it safely.
