Everytime I question
the meaning of life
I feel the warmth of my loved ones
cross my heart
The miracle of us meeting
in a corner of this star
Is a treasure more precious to me
than any gem
Some days I cry,
some days I sigh in despair
You’re with me on those days,
your shadow drawing close
When we sing together
nostalgia fills me and I remember
The gentle warmth from the sunset
in our hometown
What’s truly important to me
is hidden and can’t be seen
Within the passing modest days,
there is a joy that can’t be replaced
Someday, the time comes
when we all must say goodbye
To this star,
but our lives are succeeded
For being born
for being raised
For all the people I met
for all the laughter
I give thanks to everything
I give thanks to this life
