[Interviewee #1]: You will get good, clean, honest service from him.
He’s all around. He’s happy-go-lucky, a family man.
[Interviewee #2]: My personal feeling is that when you talk with Nathan, you get this feeling of confidence,
and of this person who really wants to deal with your issues and with your problems.
[Interviewee #3]: He’s family friendly, you know.
If you have one of those children that does not like doctors, he’s children-friendly.
He makes you laugh, he talks to you. He’s not one of those pop, crack and leave.
[Title]: What should I expect?
[Dr. Nathan Morello]: I’d like to let people know that when they come in
that I’m going to be very straightforward with them, and very relaxed,
but they’re going to know before we start what I think the problem is,
what it’s going to take to get better, and what the cost will be.
[Nathan to patient]: Lie down face down for me, please.
[Dr. Nathan Morello]: For most people, after the second or third visit, they’re usually significantly better.
If within two to three visits they are not feeling fifty percent better,
we’re going to talk about referring them out, or have a conversation about ‘what am I missing here’?
I’ve worked for a lot of guys who will string patients along for twenty or thirty visits
and say “It will get better, it will get better!” And it doesn’t!
If after the third visit you’re not better, either the person doesn’t know what they're doing
or you’re not the right fit for that person.
My real focus is on getting people to do stuff smarter in their daily life,
and then while they are here to focus on finding the primary cause of their pain.
[Title]: What is different about Dr. Nathan’s approach?
[Dr. Nathan Morello]: I went to massage school in 1994, and graduated from chiropractic school in 2003.
I think I’m the only one who does them both.
And when you have the same person doing the massage and the adjusting,
there is a synergistic effect when it comes to a patient getting better.
The things that most people come in here for are called musculoskeletal conditions,
which is muscles and skeleton.
And if you only adjust the spine, you’re missing that other half.
If you only get a massage, you’re missing the other half.
Everything works synergistically anyway, and so when you do the two together
people get better in half the time when they see me versus doing them separately.
Come see me! I’ll get you better.
