Hello to YOGA PIANO my name is Andreas Loh and I would like to
introduce you to YOGA PIANO YOGA PIANO combines an effective and at the
same time profoundly relaxing yoga practice with my most beautiful piano compositions.
At first, a dynamic sequence of yoga positions will strengthen and invigorate your body in
accordance with the music and your breath. In the following series of regenerative exercises,
we will spend several minutes in each position in order to allow any remaining tensions to
leave your body and to remove barriers. A variety of stretching techniques loosens up
the muscles and releases tension. In this way, our bodies can recover and gather new
strength for our everyday life.
Andreas Loh will guide you through this process with his inspiring teaching and wonderful
compositions on the piano. Conscious listening directs us to our inner selves, to our thoughts
and our feelings, and can lead to a heightened sense of self-awareness through a mindful
and observant attitude. And that is after all what yoga is about -- to get to know oneself.
