Hey guys this is levi blendhelp.com. In this tutorial
I will be showing you how to take a camera and make it spin 360 degrees
around a single point while pointing at that point
so let's get started this is very simple and easy to do i'm going to delete my
default cube
select my camera clear the location in the rotation and then rotated
90 degrees
on x-axis
and then i'm going to drag back
and after that
actually by pressing shift and add an empty
you can add any of these you can also have an object that will work to but i'm
using plain axis for this
select your camera first
press shift and then right-click on the objects you want to rotate
and
press control p and set parent to object
now you can rotate this and animate it as you like. You can also animate this
separately, for example if you
put a frame here
lock the location
and then
twenty frames from now I move it to here
and press the location in and then i animate a 360 here it will do a smooth
flawless
zoom in and
and yeah it's also doing the 360 at the same time so it's good
now to do three sixty this is very simple for the first frame
whoops go to the first frame
frame zero
press I
and insert a key for the rotation
go ahead
a certain amount for this case thirty i'm going to rotate it one hundred and
eighty degrees
lock the rotation
and bring it ahead thirty more frames
and then rotate it one hundred eighty degrees more
and if I did this right
yes it does a three sixty
if you it to be a more linear progression instead of slowing down and
speeding up at certain points
in the animation. All you have to do is go to the graph editor
and
take axis and change it to linear interpolation by pressing t and clicking linear
now this will be
anymore smooth, even and
constant pace of the three sixty
so thanks for watching guy I hope you enjoyed this and learned something. I'll see you in the next tutorial.
peace out
