So, you want to see more
well, that’s great
These are some of my works
let’s browse them in chronological order
This is my own version of
Quantitative Analytical Chemistry for Dummies!!
It took me over three years
to summarize these set of experimental techniques
along with their theoretical explanation
accompanied with a detailed justification of
why each reagent is used
Starting with indicators’ mechanism of action
passing by different volumetric analysis techniques
for determination of basic lab reagents
and titration of mixtures
and ending with validated techniques
used for metal ions quantification in different industries
And this is the report I referred to earlier
and it’s like a journal for my journey among pesticides
Besides, the extensive technical content of these pages
I’d put this in my portfolio for how it does show my ability
to summarize technical knowledge in charts
and theorize operating procedures in equations
Then comes my last academic achievement
my graduation project
These 50 pages provide a very illustrative simplification
to the latest cutting edge research
scientists has been possessed with
for the last couple of decades
Nanotechnology
Well, the whole thing is just an explanation
for how Supramolecular chemistry is employed in Nanotechnology
and how exactly we can make good use of that in our daily life
Things like curing cancer
making super shields
performing ultra-precision surgeries
engineering molecular computers
building nano-robots
formulating substances with versatile properties
and so on
Unfortunately, such research exceeds the funding capabilities of Egyptian educational facilities
However, I did manage to do the practical part
about separating Stero isomers of Amino Acids using crown ethers
This application can save a lot of money
as the price of an optical pure substance is so much higher
than the price of the racemic mixture of it
Now
moving from chemistry to Arts
this’s something I’m very proud of
I believe Salah Jahin is the greatest ultimate Egyptian artist ever lived
He was a philosopher, a laugher, a poet, a lyricist,
a painter, a cartoonist, a scriptwriter, an actor
and God knows what else he was!
He got it all right
He was the voice of the fertile Egyptian folklore
His quatrains are priceless treasures, that should be shared by the entire humanity
and this humble translation
is my trial to pass on these treasures to the rest of humanity
Finally,
these are some samples for logo designs
I made for a blog called “Knowledgars”
It’s a blog about how important people should know at least one thing
about everything in this universe
instead of closing their minds to only one field of knowledge
claiming that specialism is a sign of progress!
For example, here
the (K) is shaped as a book which is the ultimate symbol of knowledge
then the neat (N) stands for calligraphy and the elegance texts may hold
just within their formats not to mention their meanings
and the whole thing of a girl reaching for the moon
is how I pictured the shown quatrain for Salah Jahin
and the moon here represents an (O)
next, the (W) is shaped as a foldable ruler
representing measurable science such as engineering & mathematics
Then comes the feather in ink
as a representation of the priceless treasures of classical literature
making an (L)
next to that, the musical shaped (E) is an item of art
through which the solution for so many scientific dilemmas has been found
then comes the (D)
formed from combining a question mark with an exclamation mark
since curiosity and questioning have been always
the ultimate motive for scientists & philosophers to pursue knowledge
the (G) is typed in the same format as the one in Google’s logo
which has become a sign of "encyclopediasim"
Finally, the (ARS) are added as a pinned label
just to show that the term "Knowledgars" is derived from knowledge
the same way the term "Templars" was derived from temple
I showed these designs here
as examples for my creativity and professionalism in using Photoshop
and delivering philosophical impressions as well
