Banana clips are a great alternative to the traditional ponytail. If you're not sure how
to use one then no worries, because it's really as easy as 1 2 3.
Let's get started. Brush your hair really well. Pay extra attention
underneath your hair and brush the top of your hair backwards so there are no tangles.
Then you'll need your banana clip. Open the banana clip and lift up your hair.
Place clip just below your hair line and let your hair drop.
Use the ends of the clip to drag the clip up towards the crown of your head. Bring the
ends together and snap into place. Now you're looking good! But just to make
sure you've got it let's look at the last move again in slow motion.
Hold the ends of the clip, drag them up towards the crown of your head and slowly bring them
together. At the top snap the ends together so that they intertwine.
And there you have it, easy as 1 2 3. The side should look like this. Your hair
looks longer in a banana clip because although you have height the bottom layer of your hair
is still much lower down and so you keep all of your hair length.
This is definitely my favorite hairstyle going into summer. It looks cute but it's also really
easy to do and it'll keep me cool in the Mississippi heat.
