Astral Projection, with so many videos with tools to help you learn techniques and practices
including my channel: Spiritual Journey Tools. Astral Projection is the capacity for you
to travel to all sorts of locations in all sorts of different dimensions. Astral Protection
in the 3-D realms is fun, interesting, curious, amazing, and probably the one time in Astral
Travels when you have a body consciousness or a self-consciousness that is an astral
body consciousness even though your physical body is resting, sleeping. Now you get to
lift yourself out of that space and you get to travel around.
Now one of the most popular ways of Astral Projection is to be able to get yourself very
very relax. Hypnosis, calm music with certain rhythms and certain beats, certain accoustical
patterns, and calming music so you can impact the brain waves, your breathing and create
deep calm states that are akin to sleeping or in a deep hypnogogic state. You can energize
your body into a soothed, peaceful, relaxed state.
This is a way of dealing with the flutters. I tend to like the flutters, the excitement
and anticipation of Astral Travel. This is a wonderful adventure. I am no longer sitting
in fear of if this is moral or not spiritual or not congruent to a religious belief system.
Finally I and you can be free to be so excited about what your journey is going to be. So
you are going to move into that excitement. But for now, being deeply relaxed may be beneficial
and helpful.
Now, as you relax and listen to the sound of my voice you can also close your eyes right
now. Taken deep breaths and feel the peacefulness of your body as a wonderful state to be in.
As you appreciate your body being in that wonderful state, now I want you to lift your
physical arms up into the air. Feel the sensation of your arms being up in the air with gravity
and clothing and air impacting your physical arms and then place them by your sides.
Now, within your imagination, lift up your imagined arms in the same way you lifted up
your physical arms. In your imagination, feel you lifting your hands up out of your physical
hands, your arms up and out and your shoulders up and out of your body. In your imagination,
put them back down and feel yourself integrating your imagined arms and fingers and shoulders
into your actual physical body.
Do the same with your legs now. Lift your legs up in the air and feel the effort, gravity,
pain, discomfort. Put your legs back down. Now, lift up your legs in your imagination.
Notice if it is easier and how it feels different. Move your imagined legs back into your body
awareness with blood flow, muscles. Pop them back into place.
Stretch everything.
Deep Breaths in and out.
Engage your imagination and don't be totally allergic to using your imagination in terms
of the scientific process of Astral Projection. Astral Projection is beyond imagination but
it implements the processes or tools that imagination uses as well. It is a means of
teaching you how to segregate your soul into realms beyond your identification with your
physical body.
Remember, we are very identified with our physical body. Some of us are more identified
with with our physical body than others. Some feel they always live within the spiritual
process and always have to work hard to live within the material realm as if such is unfamiliar
and awkward. Other people, "I like the grounded body. How do I move out of it and why."
Whatever your style is, in this moment just enjoy your physical body and let it be grounded
while in your imagination, you allow yourself to feel that wonderful sensation of floating.
Free of Gravity. You will be able to float like in outer space with no gravitation pull.
Imagine the process of being without gravity and just floating.
