Hey Guys It's Vic How are you doing
so...
I spend a lot of time
figuring out ways how to torture myself and my clients
so really, i think this is an exercise for triceps
that you haven't see before
it's a little bit of a new
idea
So hopefully you will like this
maybe you want to give us a shot
You see how my arms are on the floor right my feet on the floor as well and my
rib cage and abs are on the floor, but my head is up like this kind of up like this
here's a really interesting way
to feel the triceps
in a in a very dramatic way
and I'm going to give you a concept here
So, I want you to push down on the floor and that's kind of a different concept than
pushing my body up in this position, so if I push my body up it's kind of easy
actually but pushing down on the floor
is much different so the first
thing that I do is actually push down on the floor
and I'm pushing very hard and feel my triceps automatically engage when I
do that
i push up really slow
so the first thing I do is push down on the floor
hold it for three count 1,2,3
and then I push my body up
push down on the floor
1,2, 3
and that i push my body up
push down on the floor
one two three
push my body up
after I do five of those
that i rep it out, 2,3,4, 5 guys
if you don't feel this
i don't know what else to say
now i know it's not traditional exercise a lot of us happen to get stuck
during bad weather, or we have to stay home
and trying to figure out how to do something different or we're not really
feeling a particular body part is advancing
so what do we have to do, we have to figure things out on our own and how
can we put stress
our bodies
that will
help us and not injure us at the same time
so I want you to give this a shot i think it's really interesting
exercise and you might really like it, so let's try this
one more time
oh my goodness
first thing i'm going to do is push down on the floor for a three count
one
two three
and then the push
push down on the floor and hold it for a three count
one, two. three and then I push up
do five of those and then we rep it out, one , two, three , four, five
now you can also put your hands closer
like this
or further away
you find he right spot for you
