Hi! My name is Antar with Blue Phoenix Media you can find us on the web at www.bluepmedia.com
and in conjunction with Expert Village we’re going to be talking to you today about videography.
Now the thirteenth segment, yes we’re pretty far the thirteen segment that we’re going
to be talking to you today about is progressive, now we just talked about interlaced where
every other field is actually a different image. Now in progressive the entire frame
is just one solid image, so it’s just like a flip book you use to make when you were
a kid, you flip through it every one is a different image. Now a lot of times DVD’s
are actually progressive footage, when you go to the movies those are progressive footage
cause most of them are shot on film, also a lot of video game consoles if you go and
get a television it might say 4ADI which is the interlaced or 4ADP which is the actual
progressive footage, 720I, 720P, etc, etc and so on. Once again my name is Antar with
Blue Phoenix Media you can find me on the web at www.bluepmedia.com thanks for watching.
