Hi I'm Greg from Expert Village and today I'm going to show you how to make chicken
and veal parmigiana. One of the key ingredients of course is cheese the Parmesan which would
be on the top make sure that you thinly slice it and if you can't find fresh just cut off
a big slice from a block of grocery store cheese. And then finely shred about a cup and half
of fresh Parmesan cheese. We are going to use this for the bread crumb mixture that
we would coat the meat with. You can use the dry hand shaker Parmesan if you really need
to but I highly recommend that you find fresh Parmesan for this recipe.
