I got this question yesterday from a reader and they were saying, you know, �How does
it feel to not be struggling with anxiety anymore,� and this is a great question that
I get time and time again, so I want to address this. How I feel is free. I feel that I�ve
broken the shackles. I used to be constrained by anxiety, and it would limit what I can
do and what I would attempt to try because the fear would get overwhelming, but now that
I have gone through this process of reducing it and getting in control of my life again,
I feel really free. I feel liberated because I choose what I want to do, and I want you
to take this back because the only thing that could ever stop you is yourself. When I work
with clients and I look at myself with the progression, the only person that was ever
slowing me down or preventing me from taking the next steps was myself.
So look back at yourself and go, �How am I getting in my own way? How am I preventing
myself from feeling free?� Because the moment that you feel free, it feels amazing because
your world opens up to you. So write below how you took action and how you became free.
