AND, YOU KNOW, YOU GOT ACCESS TO THE WATER.
I WAS EXPECTING MORE AN OPEN VIEW,
AND WE'D HAVE TO DO A LOT OF REMODELING,
RIPPING UP CARPET, AND THAT COULD BE KIND OF EXPENSIVE.
BUT IT ALL REALLY COMES DOWN TO THE PRICE OF THE HOUSE.
WELL, JOSH, TIFFANY,
ASKING PRICE IS $220,000.

THAT'S A LOT BETTER THAN I WAS EXPECTING.
THE LOW PRICE POINT OF THE HOUSE IS JUST PHENOMENAL.
EVEN WITH HAVING TO REDO PRETTY MUCH THE WHOLE KITCHEN,
THIS MAY BE SOMETHING THAT WE COULD SEE OURSELVES MOVING INTO.
