The best ting about team-gym is
(I have power-tumbled a lot, and been to competitions)
When tumble, you are dependent on yourself
But when you are with a team
so if you are doing well, the whole team is benefiting from you
but if you are doing bad it will effect the team as well
and that is..
It's a pressure
and its really pushing you
on a mental level as well
and if you want to make this work
you have to look beyond yourself
