Mr President,
Distinguished representatives
But it must also be spoken about the Rights of Humanity,
Why some people must walk barefooted,
so others can travel in luxurious automobiles,
Why some must live 35 years,
so others may live up to 70.
Why must some be poor,
so that others may be exagerately rich,
I speak on behalf of those kids of the world who don't have a bread crumb,
I speak on behalf of the ill who have no medicines,
I speak on behalf of those whose right to live and human dignity has been denied,
Some countries posses many resources, others don't posses anything,
What is their destiny?
To starve to death?
To be eternally poor?
What does civilization serve for then?
What does man's conscience serve for?
What do the United Nations serve for?
What does the world serve for?
It can't be spoken about peace,
on behalf of millions of people who starve to death or incurable diseases everyday in
the world.
It can't be spoken about peace,
on behalf of 900 million of illiterates.
The exploitation of the poor countries by the wealthy countries must cease.
I know that in many poor countries,
there also are those who exploit and those who are exploited.
I speak to the wealthy countries,
so that they contribute.
I speak to the poor countries,
so that they distribute.
Enough of words.
Actions are needed.
Enough of abstractions.
Definite actions are needed.
Enough of talking about an international new speculative economic order that nobody understands.
We must speak about a new world objective order that everyone understands.
I have not come here as the prophet of the revolution.
I have not come wishing or asking for the world to shake violently.
We have come to speak of peace and collaboration between the people.
And we have come to warn, that if we don't solve social injustices and inbalances in
a peaceful manner, the future will be apocaliptical.
The sound of weapons, of the threatening language,of arrogance, in the international sphere, must
cease.
Enough of the illusion that the problems of the world can be solved with nuclear weapons.
Bombs, may skill the starving ones, the sick ones, the ignorants, but can't kill hunger,
sickness, ignorance.
They can't either kill the just rebeliousness of the people.
And in the holocaust, the wealthy will also die, which are the ones who've got more to
loose in this world.
Let's wave farewell to arms and in a civilized way consacrate to the suffocating problems
of our times.
That is the responsibility and the most sacred duty of all the statesmen of this world.
That also is the indisputable premise of human survival.
Thank you!
