I'm going to mix a few basic colors on the pallet for you. Okay, let’s start with orange.
For that we're going to take yellow and red, right here. Now red is the darker pigment,
it's more condensed, so we're going to need less of that than the yellow. Okay, here we
have orange that's kind of a cadmine yellow, it's actually kind of just a darker yellow
so let's add some more red. Okay, now that's a proper orange, great. So that would be orange.
Let's clean the brush. How about purple okay? So in this case, blue is going to be the more
condensed color so we're going to need less of that. The thing about making purple with
acrylic is that you actually need to add a little bit of white. Otherwise it's going
to be kind of a muddy dark color like that. So let's add some white, it's looking a lot,
the more I like it. Some more red, okay, that's looking violet. So you just want to test things
out add more or less always when things are kind of too condensed and dense, add a little
bit of white.
