Another way to connect with your partner is through the Heart Connecting Breath. So, again
seated, facing your partner, knees touching, sits bones, rooting down into the earth and
lengthening through your spine. You going to take your right hand and press it to your
partner's heart. Your left hand is then going to take the hand of the partner to press into
your heart and feel your partner's heartbeat, just beating, connecting, trying to find the
breath's smoothing together, softly inhaling and softly exhaling. This manner makes it
easier, free to connect to your partner's heart and determine how long the inhale and
the exhale should be. So that you can flow your breath freely together.
